After our initial call and alignment on scope, most founders are matched with their core tech team within 1–2 weeks. We take matching seriously — we'd rather get it right than get it fast.
Equity varies based on the scope, complexity, and stage of your product. Typically it ranges between 8–12%. This is agreed upfront, transparently, before any work begins. There are no hidden clauses.

Yes, buyback terms can be negotiated as part of your agreement. Many founders choose to repurchase equity at a later funding round. We're flexible and founder-friendly in how we structure this.
Typically no. We take non-controlling minority equity stakes. You retain full control of your company and all major decisions. We're here to build, not to govern.
We build MVPs — minimum viable products — covering web apps, mobile apps, APIs, dashboards, and more. We handle everything from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Most MVPs are delivered within 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. We follow an agile process with regular check-ins, so you always see progress and can give feedback throughout.
You do. Always. The code, the product, and all IP belong to your company. Codullam's compensation is equity in the business, not ownership of the technology.
We offer ongoing support, iteration, and scaling services post-launch. As equity partners, we remain engaged and motivated to help you grow past MVP to a full product and beyond.
You'll have a dedicated Founder Success Manager as your main point of contact, plus direct access to your tech team via Slack or your preferred communication tool. Weekly syncs are standard.
We have a clear revision and escalation process. Your satisfaction is directly tied to our equity value, so we're highly motivated to get it right. Issues are rare, but always resolved promptly.
Absolutely. We sign NDAs as standard before any detailed product discussions. Your idea is confidential from the very first conversation.
