A problem worth solving
A clear understanding of your target customers, their needs, and why your product could make a difference. Share any customer conversations or early validation you have.
A selective partnership for early-stage startups. You bring the market knowledge and ambition; we invest our technical expertise to build your MVP in exchange for an agreed minority equity stake.
You do not need a technical background or a finished product to apply. We select partnerships based on the founder, problem, market, and our ability to deliver the right MVP.
A clear understanding of your target customers, their needs, and why your product could make a difference. Share any customer conversations or early validation you have.
You bring domain knowledge and the commitment to build a business around the product, including customer discovery, sales, and day-to-day decisions.
An MVP we can scope and deliver together. We look at technical feasibility, priorities, and the resources needed to reach a useful first release.
We assess the market opportunity and whether an equity partnership fits your goals. Both sides need to be comfortable with the ownership arrangement.
Tell us about your idea, customers, stage, and goals. We review your application and discuss the fit with you. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
If there is a fit, we define the MVP, deliverables, timeline, and support scope. The equity percentage and partnership terms are documented before work begins.
We design, develop, test, and deploy the agreed MVP with regular check-ins. Most MVPs take 6–12 weeks, with the actual timeline agreed for your scope.
After launch, we provide the support set out in your agreement. Further features, iteration, and scaling work are scoped and agreed together.
The stake depends on your product's scope, complexity, and stage. The final percentage is agreed upfront. There is no upfront development fee for the agreed MVP under an accepted equity partnership.
We take a non-controlling minority stake. You continue to lead your company and make its major decisions. Any governance rights are set out in the partnership agreement.
The custom code, product, and intellectual property belong to your company. Our compensation is equity in the business. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.
The agreement specifies the post-launch support included, its duration, and its limits. New features and ongoing development require an agreed scope; an equity stake does not imply unlimited development.
We identify hosting, third-party services, and other external costs during scoping and agree who covers them before work begins.
Equity gives us a shared interest in your startup's growth. If the business fails, the stake may have no value. Any future buyback terms must be negotiated in your agreement.
Share the problem you are solving and where you are today. We will reach out within 48 hours to discuss whether an equity partnership is a fit.
